We operate a ticketing system with worksheets allowing you as the business owner to see what work has been completed before you sign off on our visit. It is in our interest to resolve IT issues to completion in one visit so that return trips are not needed. All our IT support contract customers are assigned a dedicated account engineer with a backup for redundancy. Our system gives monthly reports to inform our clients of the work carried out which allows you to evaluate your IT standing.
